Well, book between 2^nd – 30^th November 2020 and you’ll take full advantage of our Black Friday offers. These include our flexible booking promise, discounts and low deposits, as well as complete security, safety and flexibility so that you never have to worry about changing your plans.

That’s right, our Black Friday deals will run until the end of November this year, because if we’ve learned anything over the past eight or so months it’s that we could all do with a little extra help at the moment. So, what are our offers exactly?

Our 2020 Black Friday Offers

Valid on bookings made between 2nd - 30th November

For the month of November, we have introduced new discounts saving you between £25 and £250 per person on a selection of 2021 tours. If you have already booked one of these tours, don’t worry; you are protected by Andante Travels' price promise – if the ‘Black Friday’ discounted price is lower than your tour price, we will deduct the difference from the balance due.

Understandably, with the travel situation as it is, many guests are reluctant to commit a significant amount of money upfront. With our low deposit offer, you can secure your place on the tour of your choice now for an initial deposit of just £99pp. A deposit balance would be payable by 31 January 2021, but even when your deposit is paid in full, you can still change your plans, thanks to our new no transfer or cancellation fee policy.

No Transfer or Cancellation Fees

These are uncertain times and we understand that you might feel differently about travelling between the time you book and the time you depart. We are removing any penalties for cancelling or transferring up to eight weeks before your departure date – you can transfer to any other tour with no fees, or cancel for a full refund including your deposit. This offer applies to all 2021 tours. If you have already booked for 2021, you may also take advantage of this offer.

Pay in Instalments

This new initiative, introduced for your convenience, allows you to pay for your holiday in multiple instalments. As long as your deposit is paid initially and your holiday balance paid on time, you may make any payments towards that balance in between. Cancellation and other booking conditions would remain unchanged.

Pre-holiday assistance for your peace of mind, completely free of charge

In our office, we have experienced and friendly team members ready and willing to help you with any issues you may encounter while preparing for your tour. Once you’ve booked, all you need to do is get in touch and they will assist with a range of pre- and post-tour questions, documentation and extras – a service that is completely free of charge and here to stay. So, whether you’re looking for an answer to something that’s troubling you or you need help filling out some paperwork, we are always happy to help. Our pre-holiday assistance includes:

Assistance with online check-in
Assistance with any online visa applications
Assistance with completion of any online pre-travel country paperwork or airline COVID-19 forms
Assistance with travel information both pre- and post-tour, such as the booking of airport hotels or the addition of extra nights to your trip with us

Yes, we are of course talking about our additional travel insurance with specific cover for COVID-19 and our industry leading COVID-19 action plan, which includes 11 thorough steps to ensure our expert-led tours meet new regulations and put your health and well-being at the heart of every departure we operate.

Terms & Conditions

‘Black Friday’ discounts are scheduled to run until 30 November 2020, but we reserve the right to withdraw them at any time. No-one booking these tours up to 31 October 2020 will be disadvantaged – if the price quoted was higher than the ‘Black November’ discounted price, the difference will be deducted from the balance due.

Two-tier low deposits, with £99pp initially payable to secure place on tour and the balance of £151pp (tours up to £1,000pp) or £401pp (tours over £1,000pp) payable by 31 January 2021.

Free cancellation/transfer offer applies only to 2021 tour departures. Cancellation or transfer must be advised prior to eight weeks (56 days) before departure. Within 56 days, current booking conditions apply. The offer is introduced without a closing date, though we reserve the right to withdraw the offer and revert to our standard booking conditions at any time (in which event, all bookings made before and during the offer period will honour the 56-day timeframe). Offer applies to new and existing bookings, but not those already cancelled.

Insurance with cover for COVID-19 can be added for an additional extra cost.
